Pracha Eamranond

Pracha Eamranond, MD, has spent his career dedicated to furthering the health of underprivileged populations. Dr. Eamranond has served as senior vice president of population health and chief medical officer at Lawrence General Hospital to improve the experience of a largely underserved patient population in the Merrimack Valley, which has the highest rate of poverty and the largest proportion of Latinos in the state of Massachusetts. He teaches the Practice of Medicine course at Harvard Medical School and sees patients as a hospitalist and primary care physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he focuses on caring for patients with complex psychosocial issues and a heavy burden of comorbid disease. Dr. Eamranond has earned numerous awards from Yale and Harvard where he trained and has served as a U.S. Fulbright scholar.
